It was my second time at this hotel. I like the space in the rooms and the situation, not so far from the airport. The staff is very professional and helpful. My special thanks to INDAH, a charming and very competent manager of the restaurants. Yvan

I worked in the Kemayoran area, and at first sight, we settled on the Grand Mercure Kemayoran. Wow, the hotel is AMAZING; it was a complete facilities: there's karaoke, coffee for gatherings, a pool, and a gym, and then that various breakfast never ends. What's SPECIAL is the coffee, they don't have it anyplace else, and yeah, that's the coffee I remember. TOP: I had the bravery to greet the leadership there. He was willing to take a photograph. Wow, my luck. ESPECIALLY a waiter there, specifically Mr. ASWIN in the Coffee Shop / Restaurant for Breakfast Waiter, he never stopped offering service and frequently washed filthy glass plates. Congratulations Grand Mercure Kemayoran, you have stole my attention and I will certainly takes only you for my visit in your area. All the best

Stayed for two nights on business. The room was quiet and comfortable. A bit dated but still well maintained. Wifi is exceptional, best i have ever encountered in any hotel What lets the place down is the checkin and checkout. At checkin there were three people checking in and only one working. One of the others was playing on her phone, dont know what the other was doing. The one working had no idea about processing eft sale and an angry customer just flustered her more. On day of checkout, i had issue where the lift wouldnt accept my card to go back to my room after breakfast. I approached the counter to inquire as to why and, although quite pleasant about it he stated. “ you checkout today. You pay bill”. When i explained that i was checking out in 4 hours time i was released to go back to my room. ( turns out the touch pad on elevator was stuffed) On checkout, they couldn’t process via pay-pass, only physical card which is quite weird because i used pay-pass at the coffee shop at the same place. Restaurant food was pretty plain and bland, coffee shop food was the same. Fruit plate was a nice touch and appreciated. As was the complimentary water

Fantastic bar in jakarta! Staff was great, especially Marcel who Made really good twist of whisky sour, who were so welcoming also! Absolutely a must see spot in grand Mercure plumeria 🥃 Will back for sure and very recommended thank you!!!
